These assemblage wall pieces are made of Indian and Japanese papers, gold leaf and layers of copper that have been either heated or patinaed. Each piece has been individually stitched around the outer edge and a plaster mix has been delicately spread over the stitching. Every square has been securely tied to the art piece. The overall integration of the coppers and gold leaf create a deep inner glow that emanates out to the viewer. These pieces are created to be framed and can be matted to create larger sizes to fit all spaces.
